The Aughton & Ormskirk University of the Third Age is part of the national network of self-help U3A groups offering people no longer in full-time employment an opportunity for life-long learning, fellowship and fun. Members share their skills & experiences in a variety of ways through meetings, social & group activities.

  • Are you retired or semi-retired?
  • Do you want to be active (socially - mentally - physically)?
  • Would you like to join one or more of our many special interest groups?
  • Would you enjoy outings to theatres and concerts or a holiday with a group?
  • Would you help to support and develop these activities?

Then the U3A is for you! Find out more or come to one of our weekly Horizons meetings
