.There are 2 groups meeting in the Scout & Guide H.Q from 1200-1300 on Tuesdays and 12.15-13.15 on Fridays 1215 Courses are taught by a professional pilates teacher, Linda Gornell. You will need to bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. Courses must be booked and paid for before a session. Names and telephone numbers of the co-ordinators for each day are included in the newsletter. Pilates is ideal for improving general fitness. The U3A courses are suitable both for comlete beginners and for people who have done pilates before.
