New Groups


 

New Groups in 2008: Tennis, Holidays, Fishing, Portugese, Violin, Creative writing- details below

Tennis - Starting on Wednsday 15th April: Wednesdays and Fridays at the public tennis courts in Aughton at 10am. See Tennis group

Holiday Group - for like-minded members to share ideas and arrange their own holidays, in small groups, with recognised travel agencies. See Holiday group

Fishing - We are exploring the interest in forming our own fishing group, bringing together those who already fish and those who would like to have a go. We could have group outings, lessons e.g. casting a fly, competitions, etc. If you are interested in coarse, game (fly) or sea fishing, then contact the organiser Ian Haskell on 01695 579569 or Frank Porter on 01704 880433.

Portugese - This small group is looking for someone who has had experience in speaking basic Portuguese, if you know such a person or if you wish to join this group please contact Alan Worthington 423 762

Creative Writing.
Does anyone feel the urge to put pen to paper and create a literary masterpiece?
