Jazz Appreciation

 

This group meets on the 3rd Friday at 19.30 in the Scout and Guide HQ unless otherwise stated. Please bring own wine, wine glasses, nibbles. The next meetings are as follows:

Friday 19 September – John and Doreen McGiveron present “Members’ Choice”

Friday 17 October – Live at Aughton Village Hall “Manchester Jazz” with leader, Mart Rogers.  Tickets £6 each, available from Horizons or the Jazz Appreciation evening in September.

Friday 21 November – Keith Lamb presents – “The Vic Dickenson Septet and the Saxophone in jazz”, plus some more of your requests.

Friday 12 December – Jazz Group Christmas Party, details not yet finalised but tickets will be on sale after the October meeting
