Holiday Group

At a meeting held on 14 April it was agreed to start a U3A Holiday Group. This is intended as a DIY self help group, which offers advice from and to its members on organising holidays and on destinations. It allows members to come together to organise joint holidays, thus securing group discounts, and for singles providing a small group to go away with.

It’s up to members to decide on the what and how, as well as where and when and the all important how much?. We may also invite speakers from the Holiday Travel Trade.

The first of a series of regular meetings will be on Monday 9 June, at 1000, please come along with your ideas.
