Computer Courses

WORD 2: Course date:  Thursday 5th January 2012, 11am – 12.30 for 6 weeks

GMAIL and FILE MANAGEMENT: Course date:  Thursday 23rd February 2012, 13.30pm – 15.00pm. Gmail - 3 sessions, File Management - 2 sessions

Courses are usually 6 weeks long and on-going throughout the school term times.  The courses are held at Christchurch Primary School in Long Lane Aughton.  The course fee is £10. Please make cheques payable to Aughton and Ormskirk U3A.  The course fee is paid to the school as a thank you for the use of their computer suite.

Join us and learn to get the most from your computer, learn new skills and keep in touch with friends and relatives And meet new friends while you improve your computer skills with our friendly and helpful instructors.

If you are familiar with computing why not join the and help with the tuition? The reward is in giving a bit of your knowledge to someone else passing on a very useful skill.  All the learning material will be provided.

Due to family commitments Mervyn is no longer the leader of the Computer Group, we would like to thank Mervyn for his contribution as leader and wish him well for the future. Lil is now leader of the Computer Group along with her role as tutor.   Thank you Lil for all your hard work for the computer group.
