The 8th Annual General Meeting of Aughton & Ormskirk U3A will be held at Christ Church Ministry Centre on Thursday 12th May at 10.45am. Free coffee will be served from 9.30am onwards at the Ministry Centre. The S&G HQ will be closed on this morning. The full AGM Agenda and supporting papers will be available to members at Horizons during April, sent by email or posted out on request. Nominations for election to the Executive Committee are welcomed and must be made to Wendy Craddock, Honorary Secretary in writing, by April 28th 2011.
