OUR 5th AGM will be held in Christ Church on Thursday 8 May at 1045. Coffee will be served in Scout & Guide HQ from 0930 until 1030 after which this building will close so that everyone can attend the meeting.

The Agenda and supporting papers will be available to members at Horizons during April; they will be posted on the website and supplied on request to anyone unable to access them. Please contact me if you need to receive these papers through the post.

Nominations for election to the Executive Committee will be welcomed - again, please contact the Homorary Secretary SUE WATKINSON if you wish to be included.

According to our Constitution, the Chairman and Officers are elected by the Executive Committee at their first meeting following the AGM). The Executive Committee meets once each month in the morning of the second Tuesday.
